Reporting to: HR & Admin Director
Job Summary: To assist HR Director in planning, delivering and evaluating the Technical training & development actitivies for Industry Department
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
- Training Need Analysis (TNA): Conducting the TNA for each function of Industry Department based on the Technical Training & Development System annually.
- Training Plan and Budget: Building the training budget based on the priorties of training after TNA and then proposing the training solutions; then building the training plan with MD’s approval
- Delivering the training plan and evaluating the training investments: Delivering the training plan and monitoring the discipline in the training and development activities
- On-board program and On-the job training for new comers of Industry team: Buidling the on-board program and on the job training for each function of Industry Dept.
- Standarding the training materials: Standardizing the training modules and materials
- Competencies Frameworks: Buidling the required competencies for key positions of each function in Industry Dept and doing the assessment to identify the gaps.
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Universisty degree in encomonic or business administration or HR Management (preferable)
- At least 2-3 year working experience in HR Managerial levels and in the company dealing with more than 300 employees
- Experience in assessing the organizational needs and implementing the solutions
- Ability in coaching, consulting others and convincining skills
- Good working attitude and positive thinking
- Being able to influence the others
- Excellent English communication including verbal and written
