Working upstream to try to influence or close the
specifications and create a favorable situation for COMIN ASIA or its principals.
Support of the offer and lobbying to secure the projects
by identifying the key persons, the right
channels and the appropriate actions.
Negotiate the contract with customer (with management
support if necessary) to preserve the
interests of COMIN ASIA.
Prepare budget and planning of the projects.
Contract management (including preparation of contract,
negotiation with suppliers, purchasing,
follow-up of manufacturing/shipping, shipping documents,
insurances, negotiation of L/C if any invoicing, payments to suppliers and from customers,
variations to work, after-sales, weekly project cash flow, using project management tools and
software …)
In case of centralized organization, Trading Division
Manager is responsible to coordinate the
different internal services of the company and make the
necessary arbitrations to implement the projects successfully (technical, purchase, negotiation
…).
Respecting the contractual obligations of the parties.
Managing Sales Engineer(s) / assistant(s).
The Division Manager is encouraged to delegate to sales
Engineer(s) /assistant(s) or internal
department of COMIN ASIA. But shall keep a complete
responsibility of the projects.
Insure good communication inside the Division and outside
Contact with Clients
Preparation of annual budget/ objectives to be approved
by the management (yearly)
3 months and year end projections (orders, sales,
margins…) at the end of every quarter
Activity report including on-going projects, projects
under evaluation and prospection (monthly)
Originals of all the purchase orders, invoices to
customers, invoices from suppliers (originals)
and other accounting documents (at the time of
reception).
Cash flow forecasts (weekly).
Guarantee forecasts (weekly).
Requests for payments (at the time of payments).
Order Registration Forms at each stage of the projects
(forecast at sign - major variations in
terms of delays, payments … during implementation if any
- final after completion of project)
(within one week after sign of new project - any request
for payment is conditioned by ORF)i or
significant project.
Achievement of budget with respect of margin level.
Accuracy of cash flow forecast and realization schedule.
Quality of reporting and forecasts.
Customer satisfaction.
To perform other task assigned by the direct manager
May occasionally travel to Vietnamese provinces and
foreign countries.
Requirement
Be a male, Vietnamese citizen.
Age: 30 - 45
University graduate in Mechanical Engineer.
At least Minimum 8-10 years of similar experience in
managing/controlling the M&E project,
supply and installation of M&E system for big
projects.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in
writing in English and/or French.
Computer literacy and especially MS Offices, MS Project,
AutoCAD
Preferably have good knowledge of management of contract,
ordering activities, developing
team work and overcoming problems.
Project management knowledge.
Ability to work in a team as leadership, to take decision
and evaluate priority, respect
engagement, be devote to his job and defend the interest
of the company.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to analyze problem.
Preferably
have good knowledge of chiller, thermol calculation
