Job Description:

Key responsibilities

1. Trade MKT

-Work with RCM to build trade activities plan at the region (Region tactical DME) & communicate approved plan to all stakeholders

-Support Country team to develop trade activities plan (Country DME): work and align with region to get feedback/input and give feedback to Country

-Work with Sales to execute/deploy all the approved trade activities in his/her region

-Provide marketing services to trade including provides POSM, tool kit, sales presenter…

-Work with RCM to allocate & delivery MKT materials to distributors

-Conduct weekly & closing report for all the activities happened in his/her region

-Regularly make market visit to (i) track, monitor the performance of trade program, (ii) get feedback from customer/sales, (iii) propose corrective action if needed

2. DME Management

-Align with RCM and Country MKT to do annual plan for regional DME

-Support Country MKT to build annual plan for total DME

-Do monthly tactical DME spending plan; control MKT budget

-Report to Country MKT YTD DME spending monthly in her/his region (total DME – both Regional & National DME)

-Keep reviewing DME spending and propose action

3. Market Intelligence

-Keep tracking competition movement in the region

-Do monthly report on her/his region: competitors’ activities, market movement, propose action if needed

4. Others/Ad-hoc

Manage and develop staff (if yes)

 

Requirements

-University graduate and at least 3 years in similar positions in FMCG company

-Having sales & marketing knowledge

-Good communication and negotiation skill, time management, leadership, analysis and problem solving

-Ability to work independently under high pressure
