Duties:
1. Trade Marketing management:
- Managing trade marketing plans & activities
- Align with Sales region to align for trade marketing plans& activities
- Track, monitor, report performance of trade marketing plans/activities in his/her region
- Keep tracking & analyze competition and propose action plan in his/her region
- Weekly report on trade marketing activates for Manager
2. Budget management:
- Control marketing budget spending as plan
- Track, monitor, report marketing budget spending
3. Market Intelligent:
- Monthly region analysis & competition report and propose action plan
- Prepare market report, analysis
4. Team Management
- Conduct performance evaluations, identify skill set gaps in team members and develop training programs so that team members can excel their assignments.
- Build team’s culture and spirit to motivate members.
Requirement:
- At least 3 years working in Sales, Trade Marketing or Commercial at the same position.
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics
- Electronic experience is preferable
- Fluency in Problem Solving and Communication
- Foster Collaboration and Networking
- Experienced in planning, managing projects and optimization
- Flexible and adapt quickly with the change of business
- Creative and passionate in branding
