- Lead and manage the online performance marketing teams including Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Facebook Ads and Tiktok Ads.
- Work in close collaboration with our regional marketing team.
- Identify short-term and long-term plan and budget for all online Marketing activities.
- Guide and coach the marketing team to execute the best possible strategy.
- Develop strategic marketing plan and campaign to align with company vision.
- Evaluate and Identify current and future market trends.
- Problem solve any issues that may occur.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, marketing, business administration or related field. Master’s is a plus.
- At least 3 years experience in Facebook and Google Ads are a must.
- At least 3 years experience in leading a digital marketing team of more than 10 people.
- Proven track record of hitting KPI as a team.
- Previous agency or e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
- Up to date knowledge of marketing best practice and an eye for creative marketing opportunities.
- Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Proven record of good leadership and management of a team.
- Able to work cohesively, detail-oriented, organised with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to create local campaigns relevant for local consumers.
- Thai national is preferred with fluency in English.
