Mission is to rapidly grow the textile chemicals market in Vietnam. Establish good market share in the different segments by growing current segments and establishing new ones
Outcome 1: Clearly understand the market, trend, competitors and needs
- Develop market share and SWOT analysis within 6 months
- Identify business potentials within 12 months
Outcome 2: Develop a sustainable business model- Increase market accessibility for current market
Outcome 3: Develop new market
- Identify potential and business plan for capturing revenue from Chinese, Taiwanese and Korean businesses that are moving their factories / businesses into Vietnam.
Outcome 4: Maximize profit- Ensure productivity (Sales/FTE) meet benchmark within 24 months
- Implement service level rules according to customers/products segmentation
Outcome 5: Lead ACTS, ensure zero accident environment and Code of Conduct in the
Organization
Competencies (job related):
- At
least 5 years experience in Sales Manager role in Textile Industry,
related government agencies including contacts with large textile
customers.
- Competencies (cultural): Strong leadership, Financial and Sales skills.
