- Develop market share and SWOT analysis within 6 months
- Identify business potentials within 12 months
- Increase market accessibility for current market
- Identify potential and business plan for capturing revenue from Chinese, Taiwanese and Korean businesses that are moving their factories / businesses into Vietnam.
- Ensure productivity (Sales/FTE) meet benchmark within 24 months
- Implement service level rules according to customers/products segmentation
- At least 5 years experience in Sales Manager role in Textile Industry, related government agencies including contacts with large textile customers.
- Competencies (cultural): Strong leadership, Financial and Sales skills.
