Duties:

• Design and optimization of milling/forming tools.
• Contact person for production from sampling to series production of new products.
• Promote new production technologies and use them specifically in the company.
• Active further development of stamping and bending technology.
• Optimization of our machinery and production equipment in the sense of continuous improvement.
• Increasing the efficiency and profitability of the machines.
• Cooperation with fiwe technologists in the sense of a global technology team.

Responsibles:

• Compliance with work processes and other work regulations.
• Responsible for product quality.

Job Requiremnets:

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering or alternatively completed vocational training with subsequent Training as technician/master with corresponding design experience.
• Several years of professional experience in a metal processing company, especially in the field of construction and production technology would be desirable.
• Experience with multistage cold forming/milling machines.
• Good knowledge of the common MS-Office programs and CAD (ideally Unigraphics).
• English language skills and willingness to travel are necessary.
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills and social competence.
• Analytical thinking and pleasure in solving complex and technically demanding problems.
• Strong quality awareness.
