Brief Description
1. New products development (NPD).
2. Assure products compliance to local regulation/Company products requirement.
3. Advice to customers about using products.
4. Develop a great Technical team.
New products development
• Conduct stability test to validate formula.
• Develop packaging materials to support launching on time.
• Develop BOM, specification, process to support launching on time.
• Conduct pre/post launch requirements to support launching on time.
• Update New products developmentnetwork to OLT to support launching on time.
Products regulation compliance.
• Source consultant for registration to provide good service to us.
• Develop legal, technical documents to provide to consultant to get products license.
• Solve problem during registration process to support launching on time.
• Declare quality standard to local authorities.
• Check product declaration claims to make sure regulation compliance.
Consumer advisor.
• Answer timely to consumers about using products to increase consumer satisfaction.
Develop the team.
• Develop back up for supervisors and self.
• Improve GEOS result.

Key Accountabilities
• Communicate with Purchasing team/supplier about samples for trial.
• Conduct stability test.
• Work with supplier to develop packaging materials.
• Work with mould maker to develop new mould and to fix problem mould.
• Develop BOM, specification, process.
• Conduct pre/post launch requirements.
• Handle products problem during NPD process.
• Update NPD network to OLT.
Products regulation compliance.
• Source consultant for registration.
• Develop legal, technical documents.
• Solve problem during registration process.
• Declare quality standard to local authorities.
• Check product declaration/claims.
• Work with local authorities to solve any products compliance issue.
Advice Consumer:
• Answer timely to consumers about using products.
Develop the team.
