REPORTS TO (JOB TITLE): R&D Manager

DIRECT REPORT:  R&D Manager

FUNCTION:     Visit customer and solve technical trouble shots at customer site.

LOCATION:     Hanoi

MISSION: Working closely with sales & R&D team to support customers in term of product knowledge and solving technical problems

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Do demonstrations & trial with bakers at customer site.
• Visit customer with sales team for trouble shot and customer’s demand.
• Test new product in the market with R&D and Sales strategy.
• Respond for customer complaints.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:

• 10% of new business revenue (new customer, new product).
• Respond 100% customer complaints.
• Achieve 90% total sales target in term of volume and revenue monthly.

WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

• Internal:  R&D, Sales, Marketing,  Accounting.
• External:  Artisans, bakers, bakery shop,

Knowledge/ Skills

• Food background good
• Baking skill Good
• Computer skill Fair

Experience: 1-3 years. Had been worked at baking in hotel or bakery store before. Can make from basic to advance bread and cake

Qualification: Food or chemical engineer, Know baking application is an advantage

Languages:  required Vietnamese, know common English will be an advantage.
