Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- To develop Technical Service strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives.
- To ensure product repair and technical support knowledge is transferred to the Technical Service team
- To provide assistance and solution to any issues regarding the services upon requests from the dealers and direct end customers
- To assist the sales in demo and the pre-sales consultancy
- To handle all warranty matters
- To create product technical updates for systems that are returned for repair
- To be responsible for management of spare parts warranty provisions follows rules and rights assigned
- To provide training to dealers and in-house technicians

- To develop Technical Service strategies to help the organization achieve strategic goals and objectives.
- To define and implement short and long-term plans that align with the business strategy of the company
- To be responsible for managing resources, and budgets necessary to perform the functions of the
department.
- To be responsible for recruitment, training, management, monitoring, rewards and disciplines for all
employees in the technical department.
- To be responsible for giving orientation, planning, implementation and processes improvement, service quality comply with business strategy
- To assign duties and work direction to department personnel.
- To review and sign off on all deviations, engineering change notices as applicable per the approval/notification requirement.
- To be responsible for the revenue/ head of the sale of service and spare parts.
- To be responsible for price quotation of spare parts to dealers and end customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduate in technical related fields
- Good command of English both speaking and writing
- Computer proficiency
- Strong technical and management background
- At least 2 years at managerial level
- Ability to build, coach and motivate a team
