• Manage and control technical department
• Manage equipment, technology. Research to improve productivity, product quality…
• Organize activities: discounted rates, prepress, printing techniques
• To implement production techniques
• Coordinate with other departments to complete handling of the issues arising in related to technical
• Develop standard procedures of product quality, material consumption norms and materials.
• Implementation of the project as the request of the Board of Directors:
• Statistic, productivity analysis: finding causes and find solutions to prevent reduction in yield & opportunities to increase productivity, performance and equipment

Requirements:

• 5 years experience or above at similar position
• Able to cope with uncertainty and change
•  Ability to control the production process
• Communication skills and good persuasion.
• Skills monitoring and planning work
• High sense of responsibility.
