- Experience in C++ development on either Windows or Linux/UNIX or extensive knowledge in Visual C++

- A solid background in Windows application development, WCF, Windows Forms

- A demonstrated experience in SQL or object databases

- Experience in Web applications

- High experience in AGILE or SCRUM methodologies

- Cloud experience would be greatly looked upon (Azure or AWS)

- Experience in IOT

- Strong personal time management skills and priority setting skills

 - Team Leadership skills

- Excellent Vietnamese and good English communication skills (written & verbal)

- Self-motivation and pro-active attitude

- Well-developed multi-tasking & problem solving capability
