  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing, develop talent pool or social engagement
  • Work independently in Head function, and coordinate with TA BP at branches
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including candidate resourcing, interview, and offers
  • As TA Manager, you will be responsible for optimal results, attracting, screen selecting and on board qualified and suitable talent to fill the personnel business needs of this organization. The goal is to attract the area's top talent in order to fuel company growth, support organizational staffing objectives and further the mission and vision of the company
  • Create and implement TA strategies for the whole group
  • Responsible for thee headcount plan for the whole group
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet site; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits, making presentations, maintaining rapport.
  • Study about jobs specifications of all positions and fully understanding of hiring needs; proactively recreate recruitment resources, ready for vacancies opened in the company
  • Drive the candidate selection process and ensure managers have the tools needed to select the most qualified candidates
  • Receive and consolidate recruitment reports of the whole company
  • Partner with various internal and external stakeholders to promote and communicate the employee value proposition and help position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Build campaigns to support recruitment and drive talent attraction and engagement across multiple channels
  • Manage SAP - SF for recruitment and on boarding parts
  • Admin roles for Career page in the company website: work with Marketing to develop contents and update information to Career page
  • Support other HR projects and administrative duties as required from Line manager
  • TA manager: report to HR AGM

 

Job requirement:

  • University degree
  • At least 05 years of recruiting at multinational companies as TA Manager and management level headhunting
  • Strong sourcing skill to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Strong network in HVAC/ Engineering industry; experience in industry of home appliances, commercial in electronics/mechanicals/HVAC
  • In depth knowledge of full life cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, including employment, recruitment & resignation data
  • Good communication, observation, assessment and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English

 

Benefits:

  • Salary: 35 - 50 mil
  • 13th payment + bonus for KPI
  • Allowance: gas, phone, lunch
  • SHUI payment on full basic salary
