Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Create and implement a strong talent acquisition strategy that covers all roles from the most junior to the most senior.

  2. Meet yearly and monthly recruitment KPIs to support the Head Office and Centers staffing requirements.

  3. Conduct candidate interviews and adjust recruitment best practices accordingly based on candidate and agency feedback.

  4. Provide regular recruitment KPI reports/updates and analyses to concerned stakeholders.

  5. Update all job descriptions based on job requirements and post open positions on all relevant online and offline channels to curate a quality talent pool.

  6. Create a pipeline of quality candidates thanks to excellent forecasting models to ensure that all teams are balanced.

  7. Act as a Business Partner to the Senior Managers to identify and plan hiring needs, update job descriptions, and organize any relevant interview training.

  8. Monitor and implement succession planning and headcount management including transfers and promotions.

  9. Organize and follow-up on training for new hires and identify learning and development opportunities for existing hires based on their career path and ambitions.

  10. Create and manage a yearly recruitment budget and find ways to reduce our talent acquisition costs.

  11. Represent Client at offline recruitment events at university campuses or within Client centers.

  12. Coordinate all staff induction, new hire training and onboarding processes.

  13. Be aware of recruitment trends and manage all HR systems and databases -- notably the company’s recruitment system.

  14. Carry out exit interviews and obtain relevant information such as retention, attrition, reasons for leaving, etc.

  15. Negotiate candidate offers and salary packages.

  JOB REQUIREMENT

  1. Preferably a Bachelors Degree
  2. At least Level 6 of English based on the Global Scale of English or IELTS 6.0+.
  3. Proactive, able to handle stress, and results-oriented.
  4. Strong people skills -- i.e. a relationship-builder with a strong network/networking skills, emotional intelligence (EQ), and a proactive/can-do attitude.

  5. Experience within a highly commercial, customer facing role

  6. Recruitment experience ideally both in-house and agency (in-house is essential).

  7. Marketing mindset and experience with social media recruiting (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, Vietnamworks, etc. ) is required.

  8. Experience working in a multinational company with colleagues from multicultural backgrounds.

  9. Strong bargaining and negotiation skills.

  10. Experience recruiting diverse roles and comfortable working under high pressure.

  11. Experience having used or implemented a recruitment database/HR System

  12. Strong excel, reporting, and data analysis skills

  13. Excellent understanding of current recruiting trends and operating environment.
