Description:

• Gather and analyse business requirements.
• Solution, configure and implement systems to meet business requirements.
• Maintain systems master data..
• Planning and monitoring of implementation and rollout projects.
• Train systems consultant, super-users and end-users.
• Create implementation toolkits, models and templates to streamline the implementation process.
• Ensure that knowledge is effectively shared and maintained across the APAC community.
• Continuously improve and develop innovative system solutions to support As-Is and To-Be Land product development.
• Conduct industry research and liase with IT stakeholders to implement new systems.
• Recommending and implementing changes, and ensuring a successful transition to what’s new.

​Requirement:

• 3-5 years land transportation-related operations or systems implementation-related experience..
• University degree in Logistics operation/Logistics engineering/Information Systems or IT-related discipline.
• Experience in transport management systems implementation especially BluJay LSP TMS a big plus.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good mix of business and systems knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (English); fluency in other Asian languages a plus.
• Team player with a good working attitude and the ability to learn quickly.
• Keen eye for process improvement.
