  • Promote and sell the Company’s logistics and warehousing services; provide total supply chain solutions to customers to ensure operational efficiency and profitability for the Company.
  •  Interface with existing and potential customers to identify their needs and provide supply chains solutions such as feasibility studies of customers’ needs and design of business solutions with the operations team while ensuring compliance with corporate operating procedures.
  •  Support delivery of existing SCM customer solutions including monitoring and controlling execution according to the contract with the customer in coordination with Operations.
  • Grow the SCM business and pro-active engage in customer meetings
  • Manage and track Supply Chain revenues and GP within company.
  • Conduct sales calls, make presentations, provide product support and perform other sales and marketing functions as needed by existing or potential customers.
  • Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of customers’ request for quotation and / or request for information.
  • Respond to all customers’ inquiries, complaints and feedback immediately.
  • Develop cost reduction strategies and programs.
  •  Identify and coordinate SCM related marketing materials and activities with Area Head of Marketing & Sales
  • Provide Area with Market Intelligence and Concrete Business Cases
  •  Support Area Tender Management in Supply Chain related tenders
  •  Ensure SCM pipleline visibility
  • Analyse existing operating methods for customers; initiate and develop new methods to improve economy and quality.
  • Oversees the operations of warehouses in Binh Duong Province and Bac Ninh Province.
  • Lead and supervise the performance of the motivated Supply Chain Management operations team. Monitor their KPIs and achievements.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
  • Function / Market & Industry Knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working
  • Able to apply supply chain knowledge, logistics strategies, pricing strategies, product and services knowledge to design end-to-end business solutions and improve operating methods for customers.
  • Able to plan, implement and develop projects for proposed solutions according to business goals and customers’ requirements.
  • Good knowledge of air and ocean freight industry
  • Good knowledge of SCM trends and opportunities
  • Good knowledge of business evaluation, RFQ and negotiation processes, especially concerning service contracts.
  • Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management and logistics
  • Possess the skills to listen and understand customers’ needs and concerns; able to communicate effectively and provide necessary actions accordingly.
  • Strong leadership skills in managing resources effectively and coaching team to become supply chain experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in logistics/Business Administration/Economics; Logistics and Warehousing / Supply Chain Management is preferred.
  •  Min 5 years work experience in
  •  Min 2-3 years of Supply Chain Management experience
  • Fluent in English. Vietnamese mother tongue.
  •  Computer literacy. Good Microsoft Office skills.
