Job Description
• Manage overall central Supply Chain operations
• Cross-function with Opns, Marketing for schemes, promotion, supports to launch and new products nation-wide VietNam
• Register new products imported into Vietnam territory
• Justify and monitor all logistics suppliers
• Maximize & cost effectively by coordinating 3rd parties in Vietnam for logistics, distributions, customer service
• Work with Production Head (Factory), R&D Head, Operations Head, Marketing Head
• Supply / Purchase 100% products materials
• Handle all issues about quality and supply
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and being a business solution provider in all areas of Supply Chain;
• Develop and maintain partnership with Suppliers
• Sourcing / Develop new raw materials / products in Viet Nam market with Marketing and R&D
• Analyzed supply chain performance, monthly reported to CFO and GM
• Leading Cost Savings initiatives
• Inspire employees resulting to higher levels of individual / team performance, towards attainment of organizational goals

Job Requirement

• Local supply chain experience is required, from 33 - 45 years of age.
• Applicants must be Vietnamese and willing to work at Main Office in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Advanced degree in Transportation, Supply Chain or Operations / related field or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to connect functional execution to business strategy
• English is a must - have skill
• Good analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations planning, engineering, or related degree required.
• Technical knowledge of supply chain, distribution, purchasing, materials, and / or related functions.
• At least 3 - 5 years in supply chain leadership – QSR or Foods Industry is referred.
