Job 193 Supervisor Assembly

The Supervisor Assembly is responsible for all Assembly activities in the Assembly

Workshop. Sets up the overall production planning for the Assembly Workshop based on

the requirements from the project Department. In that, balances workload with material

and resource availability. Supervises the progress on all activities and is end-responsible

for timing, quality and completeness of the Assembled product. Reports to the Service

Manager and is the line manager of the Foreman Mechanical Assembly and the

Foreman Electrical Assembly.

Essential duties & responsibilities

Based on the order book and material availability the Supervisor Assembly plans all
Assembly Activities.
Ensures the planning is met in cooperation with the Foreman.
Signals potential issues related to resource, material or quality issues and takes
corrective actions.
Be closely monitors work-progress, work-attitude and work-quality of the Assembly
Workshop.
Planning and progress of all Assembly activities, Quality of delivered products, Personal
Development of the Foreman. Safety and cleanliness of activities in Assembly workshop.

Requirement

Graduated from Electrical/ Technical University
Major in Marine will be preferred
At least 05 years of experience in Supervisor role in Industrial / Marine Assembly
activities
