Job Description:

Customer service

· Ensure that the level for direct and indirect customer service in the store is in line with standards
· Keep up-to-date with competitor information; ensuring that brand stays at the forefront of market
Commerciality
· Ensure that store operations procedures are followed

· Ensure optimal allocation takes place in all departments in the store

· Ensure the visual level of the store is constantly high with commercial garment presentation in windows and in store

· Ensure all sales campaigns and sales activities in the store are implemented according to  standards

Sales strategy

· Ensure that the store can compete effectively in the local market

·Follow up, evaluate and give feedback on sales KPIs to the Area team
· Initiate changes to improve the business together with the Area team

Recruitment, training & development

· Execute the store’s recruitment process of the store and ensure it is on track

· Execute staff assessment, training & development and ensure it is on track

· Ensure succession planning is carried out within the store management team

· Execute performance reviews and follow-ups and ensure they are on track

Communication & legal requirements

· Keep department team updated on business performance, new initiatives and other relevant issues
· Assess and ensure professional and personal needs of colleagues in store are met and initiate action accordingly

· Keep up-to-date with products and sales activities

· Set store budgets and goals; facilitate them and follow them up

· Interpret results and trends to facilitate sales and ensure resource planning is carried out accordingly
· Improve profit and loss together with the store team and Area team

· Follow up, evaluate and give feedback on store results to the Area team

Security
· Ensure employee and customer safety

· Handle health & safety, legal and security issues

· Prevent loss
