Requirements:

• University graduate with financing qualification and at least 6 year experience in multi-national company and at least 3 year at Financial Director position;至少本科以上财务毕业，6年跨国公司工作经验以及3年总监管理岗位工作经验；
• Chinese candidate must be with experience in Vietnam while the  Vietnamese candidate muse be with fluent Chinese speaking speaking . 候选人若为中国人，则必须有越南的工作经验。若为越南人，则在此基础上，另必须懂中文。
•  Microsoft Dynamics ERP operation preferred , 微软Dynamics ERP操作经验优先
• Experience in construction ,real estate and investment.工程地产投资领域背景。
• Good communication skills and able to work under pressure; 好的沟通技巧并能承担压力；
• Able to work independently and team effectively; 能独立开展工作和有效的团队工作；
• English using is a plus 懂英语是加分项
• Strong abilities in executing ,reforming and leadership.有魄力，执行力。
