  • Recommend appointments of distributors in Region & demonstrate the ability to identify right partners in provinces
  • Recommend recruitment of Sales Supervisors, Sales Representaives
  • Invoice right quantity of company's product to distributors based on company objective
  • Execute company's Trade & Marketing Promotion in the region.
  • Execute and comply with company procedures
  • Coach and Train Sales Supervisors/Sales Representatives
  • Manage company profitability and ROCE in Region
  • Comply with daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting requirements
  • Achieve and Exceed Minimum performance targets
  • Key Performance Indicators: 
  • Revenue by Brand and Products
  • Operating Profit and Operational cash flow for Country location
  • Costs of operation at distributor point by cost line
  • NSR by brand and products
  • Supervisor Assessment
  • Route compliance
  • Active Accounts by brand and product
  • Inventory by products
  • Accounts receivable by customer
  • Staff turnover
  • Bachelor or master degree in economic majors
  • English Proficiency
  • Key Account Manager experience more than 03 years
  • Sales Management experience in wines and spirits or FMCG more than 05 years
