- Recommend recruitment of Sales Supervisors, Sales Representaives
- Invoice right
quantity of company's product to distributors based on company objective
- Execute company's Trade & Marketing
Promotion in the region.
- Execute and comply
with company procedures
- Coach and Train
Sales Supervisors/Sales Representatives
- Manage company
profitability and ROCE in Region
- Comply with
daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting requirements
- Achieve and Exceed Minimum performance targets
- Key Performance

at distributor point by cost line

- Bachelor
or master degree in economic majors
- English Proficiency
- Key Account Manager experience more than 03
years
- Sales Management
experience in wines and spirits or FMCG more than 05 years
