Duties:

• Independent safe setup of milling systems according to data specifications.
• Material change, tool change, adjustment, troubleshooting, mech. Repairs.
• Creating a test order and testing according to work instructions.
• Cleaning of important machine components. 
• Maintenance according to maintenance schedule to be carried out.
• Inspection of parts at fixed intervals.
• Downtime reduction and increase of productivity. 

Responsible:

• Production of parts in the specified quality, timing and quantity.
• Compliance with work processes and other work regulations.
• Recording of production data.
• Stop production if there is a suspicion that non-compliant parts are being manufactured and a threat to the environment or occupational safety.

Requirements:

• Order and cleanliness at the workplace.
• Several years of professional experience in a metal processing company, especially in the field of milling / Rotary transfer machine.
• English language skills (average) and willingness to travel would be desirable.
• Distinct ability to work in a team, high willingness to perform, structured and independent working style and good communication skills and assertiveness.
• Analytical thinking and pleasure in solving complex and technically demanding problems.
• Strong quality awareness.
