Develop key vertical market key account customers in enterprise market
· The head of the sales Dept. Solely responsible for Enterprise business and the sales team in Vietnam
· Participate in planning strategically for yearly plan and execute accordingly.
· Establish sustainable strategic relationship between Huawei and the strategic vertical market customers.
· Need to process strong C-level relationship with customers, bring in profitable opportunity, and manage complex enterprise solution lifecycle from bid evaluation to tender submission to negotiation to delivery .
· Responsible in managing/coaching in hunting for new customers and opportunity.
· Advise in hiring the right candidates and develop the sales team according to yearly strategy plan
· Need to help sales team to navigate both internally for management/presales/technical support, as well as externally with customers’ personnel, to maximize success, effectiveness and profitability.
· Regularly plan, execute, review and revise business plan
· Ensure individual’s account plans are well prepared and executed accordingly to meet annual targets.
· Work closing with pre-sales/services resources leaders and national GM to plan for necessary resources or investment required to support customer’s opportunities and requirements.
· Minimum 8 years working experience in well-known CT (Communication Technologies) or IT companies and in key account sales and vertical market sales.
· Have experience of managing vertical market customers and leading teams.
· In-Depth understanding of vertical market and key accounts sales practice.
· Have good concept of overall situation and the spirit of teamwork, and be able to take frequent business trips domestically and abroad.
· Have proven achievement in the past, the achievement attained by leading teams is preferred.
· Technical background is preferred.
· Potential Leadership ability is essential as well
