-Design and implementation of web-based back-end components that are high performing and scalable

-Participate and improve development processes such as Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban along with strong robust coordination processes related to software deployments and testing

-Mentor younger software engineers into rock star software development experts

-Maintain high code quality and component architecture

-You will manage against timelines and releases and push the envelop in talent productivity and software effectiveness

-This is initially an individual contributor role (within a team) as the DNA team. You will be expected to become a significant team leader as the team grows

Requirements

 

-Your skills:

-You know PHP very well, minimum 3+ years experience doing solid PHP code

-You love good software development – simplicity, common sense, elegant code

-You have architected large software components – you have worked on two or more areas around scalability, security, data access, parallel processing, performance profiling, and multiple system communications

-You have used modern web frameworks

-You speak English fluently

-You have an outstanding university degree in a technical subject and developer, or software manager position
