Variance report on a regular basis and report the findings

Prepare vendor capacity report and work with the management on necessary adjustments

Release vendor capacity as per agreed timelines and ensure demand and supply stability.

Distribute orders based on agreed allocation framework across vendors and mills. Minimize the variance of projections to actuals, and ensure vendor/mills capacities are optimally used

Prepare mill/lace capacity reports for strategic suppliers and work with the management on necessary adjustments

Work with vendors and mills in ensuring all inquiries are supported within committed timeframe

Issue commitment contracts based on agreements to mills

Continually explore the potential in cutting down lead times across vendors and mills

Stay close with calendar revisions and ensure the vendors and mills are well aware of the changes.

Experience in production planning in garment factory (+5 years)
