Job Description:

This role helps our client to achieve high realization of the sales and marketing objectives within the Vietnam’s General Business Segment. This role would need to implement systematic market strategies, maximum utilization of the market potentials, maintenance of a cost optimized, as well as customer focused sales approach.
 

  • Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies to secure and profitably expand the General Business for pumps in Vietnam according to the company’ policies & strategies, and the needs of the different customer groups including distribution channels.
  • To identify and develop potential business within Vietnam territory through Dealers, Distributors, OEMs, and other available market source.
  • Foster the expansion of business through various distribution channels by intensifying customer relations with a view to achieve countrywide market penetration for GB business.
  • Permanently analyse the market and the competition, identify profitable market opportunities, derives and implements appropriate measures on the basis of the information gathered.
  • To manage the application and motivate the sales staffs that is directly under his/her charge, responsible to provide fortnightly visit plans and reports to the Managing Director.

Extra for Senior General Business Sales Engineer:

  • Sales experiences with similar products like Pumps, valves, bearings, Mechanical seals is preferred.
  •  
  • Has experiences for OEM, distributor, dealers business.
  •  
  • 3-5 years experiences for real sales are required, not only from Marketing.
