This role helps our client to achieve high realization of the sales and marketing objectives within the Vietnamâ€™s General Business Segment. This role would need to implement systematic market strategies, maximum utilization of the market potentials, maintenance of a cost optimized, as well as customer focused sales approach.
- Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies to secure and profitably expand the General Business for pumps in Vietnam according to the companyâ€™ policies & strategies, and the needs of the different customer groups including distribution channels.
- To identify and develop potential business within Vietnam territory through Dealers, Distributors, OEMs, and other available market source.
- Foster the expansion of business through various distribution channels by intensifying customer relations with a view to achieve countrywide market penetration for GB business.
- Permanently analyse the market and the competition, identify profitable market opportunities, derives and implements appropriate measures on the basis of the information gathered.
- To manage the application and motivate the sales staffs that is directly under his/her charge, responsible to provide fortnightly visit plans and reports to the Managing Director.
Extra for Senior General Business Sales Engineer:
- Sales experiences with similar products like Pumps, valves, bearings, Mechanical seals is preferred.
- Has experiences for OEM, distributor, dealers business.
- 3-5 years experiences for real sales are required, not only from Marketing.
