1. Analysis of new or amended business workflows and how they are reflected in the IT system within the relevant department, working with business partners to determine the need for change, considering the IT strategy and guidelines
   • Search for efficient solutions to meet requirements
   • Evaluation of application software based on the software decision policy.
   • Preparation of all critical information and support decision making processes
   • Create process and system designs
   • Create functional specifications for additional programming
   • Initiate, monitor and participate in the implementation
   • Create and monitor change requests
   • Carry out approval and integration tests
   • Train users within the department
   • Documentation of applications and processes
   • Initiate and participate in the improvement of processes and/or solutions
   • Design efficient business processes that can be implemented in the IT systems
2. Ensure proper operation of implemented solutions
   • Analyze and fix errors and discrepancies
   • Search for and integrate corrections provided by the software supplier to avoid and fix errors
   • Support the users in operating the system
   • Take over responsibility for software functions and services, decide on adaptations and enhancements in the field of responsibility (technical and functional lead)
3. Work in local and cross-location projects based on internal project management standards
   • Take on the required role in projects with IT relevance: IT project manager, project member in accordance with the IT project guidelines
   • Plan projects and sub-projects
   • Organize resources
   • Organize and moderate meetings
   • Document and organize results
   • Coordinate external consultants and developers
4. Improvement of internal processes
   • Come up with suggestions on the definition of standards and organizational processes
   • Consistent application of defined standards
   • Plan and monitor own duties considering availability and deadlines as well as possible work overloads in coordination with the superior
5. Improve cooperation with IT colleagues, business partners and key users
   • Discuss requirements and agree on solutions
   • Agree on planned tasks and outstanding topics
6. Further improve application and process know-how in the working environment
   • Research new or unused functions and their applicability and accessibility
   • Knowledge of training opportunities and information sources
   • Suggest suitable further training/education
   • Active communication of knowledge and experience to colleagues

Requirement

• We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as SAP Consultant or Coordinator in MM, PP (APO), SD modules and/or with Manufacturing Execution Systems

• Experiences in process management in manufacturing will be an advantage

• Very good in Vietnamese and Hindi speaking, reading and writing

• Possible education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Logistics or comparable

• Very good communication skills; speaking the language of SAP key users and end users, the IT language, be aware of cultural differences

• For training and know how sharing reasons it is necessary that the job holder is willing to travel several times a year to Austria and Bangkok (estimation: several times per year for 2-3 days to Bangkok, 1 time to Austria for 2-3 weeks)
