Job Description:

Job Descriptions:
1.  Establish the company as a sustainably reputable Market and Industry leader

  • Maintain and develop sustainable business through implementation of regional strategies, appropriate route to market models, increasing market share, developing key customer relationships, optimizing product mix and launching new products.

2.  Margin & Net Working Capital (NWC) Management

  • Maximize margin and cash contribution through improved absolute product margin, product mix / life cycle management, price management and optimization of all cost elements
  • Enhance cash flow by reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), minimizing overdue, eliminating aged stock and reducing inventory value

3.  Market Intelligence

  • Clearly understand the market, industry, economy and competitor drivers and trends to enable informed business decisions to take place. Develop market share and SWOT analysis

4.  Distributor Management

  • Manage, review and optimize external distributors and agents

5.  Behavior and Processes

  • Proactively lead the company ACTS culture, Code of conduct, EHS requirements and Quality management processes the company ACTS culture competencies are:

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor degree. MBA or a Masters or a post-graduate qualification in either Business, Engineering or Chemical related areas would be advantageous
  • Excellent understanding of the assigned sales area, Country and/or Industry
  • Excellent understanding of sales and business principles
  • Excellent customer, distributor and agent management skills
  • Very good product knowledge and contacts with Textile mills
  • Has strong contracts and networks with Korean or Tawianese customers in Vietnam
  • Very good command of spoken and written English and local language. Additional languages considered to be highly beneficial.
  • Very good ability to communicate across countries and hierachies
  • Very good understanding of Microsoft Office
