Job Description:

The person will be responsible for Managing sales for  Air coolers, Portable air conditioners in Vietnam. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short-and long-term sales and earnings.

  • Formulating annual Sales Forecast supported with comprehensive marketing and execution plan.
  • Executing sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitoring product movement form stores and maintaining high visibility and awareness levels for the product and brand.
  • Planning and executing special promotions / events on a regular basis.
  • Training shop sales demonstrators on a regular basis
  • Maintaining weekly/monthly MIS.
  • Monitoring competition in terms of products and price trends.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Marketing or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales management for consumer domestic electrical appliance preferably ventilation products.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Analytical, detail orientated and able to handle multiple sales channels. concurrently
  • Quick learner, pragmatic, creative and with strong ambition to deliver results.
  • Good communication and influencing skills in English; would definitely be an advantage.
