Responsibilities:

• Generating new business via phone
• Accompanying the Manager to meetings
• Following up with prospects
• Deepening relationships with existing clients
• Management of the team's performance
• More proactive role management ongoing client relationships, and deepening existing relationships

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience
• Previous sales experience required, ideally selling to HR (ex-recruiters would work)
• Confident enough to generate new business
• Ability to manage our sales funnel, and coach other members of the sales team
• Stronger English skills required
