Job Description:

Department: Sales department

Report to: General Manager

Role purpose: According to the overall strategic objectives and planning, formulate and complete the sales target and plan in Vietnam, maintain good communication with customers in the market, to meet customer needs and achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibility:

  • Establish, maintain and expand the end customer groups, complete the company's profit targets and product market expansion plan;
  • Establishment of sales network and expand the company's product coverage in Vietnam;
  • In accordance with enterprise plans and procedures to carry out product promotion activities, and to provide the corresponding solutions;
  • Establish business customer data card and customer file, establish personal business records and prepare sales reports to facilitate self-understanding of personal business and development;
  • To attend the training of the company's sales meeting or organization;
  • Communicate with local customers and complete the sales task; establish good relationship with customers in order to improve the marketing network;
  • Make and implement regional market development plan in Vietnam; develop a single purchase, sales contract, and the execution of the entire contract;
  • To complete other work assigned by superiors.

Requirements

  • Education: College degree or above.
  • Three years or above sales working experience, experience in solar preferred.
  • Be familiar with the local economic humanity.
  • Have excellent ability of expression and understanding, good at communication and coordination, hard work, dedication, courage to accept the challenge.
  • Language: Fluency in both oral and written English
