Job Description:

• Establish weekly & monthly sales objectives by setting sales quotas for territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products
• Implement sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Increase or maintain sales volume, increase products mix, and monitor selling prices by keeping update with supply and demand, analyze changing trends, market indicators, competitor’s activities & overall results
• Complete weekly & monthly sales objectives by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Maintain sales staff by recruiting, orienting, and training employees while monitoring their job results by counseling, planning, evaluating, and disciplining. 
• Track sales team metrics and report weekly, monthly and quarterly results to top management regularly
• Train and ensure correct usage & adherence to sales process
• Lead and schedule weekly and monthly team meetings with sales & marketing team
• Work with marketing team to achieve company’s business goals

Specialist knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred.
• 3 - 5 years sales manager experiences; within IT components industry preferred.
• 2 years of prior management experiences
• Strong intrapersonal skills, fluent in written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reportings.
• Meeting sales goals, sales planning, building relationship, strong negotiation, coaching, and manage processes 
• Hardworking, persistent, dependable, positive and enthusiastic.
