#2091 Sales Manager for PCO (South & Central Vietnam)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for managing the company’s sales activities and providing optimum sales and profits in assigned territory for PCO products.

Managing dealer’s debt

2. Managing inventory, working with managers and dealers to ensure stocks are sufficient but not over ordered.

3. Prepare clear plans and strategies on yearly as well as seasonal sales targets.

4. To develop clear strategies for current products as well as develop new strategies for new PCO products.

5. Collecting data for South and Central PCO market and provide them to the management for further business objectives.

6. Develop mid to long term as well as short term marketing strategies based on the company’s current PCO products as well as new products that will be launched.

7. Work closely with the PCO Sales Manager in the North to obtain necessary information based on our current sales policies and control overlapping of sales territories.

8. Develop the mid to long term sales team for PCO products.

9. Work with the dealers on their demands as well as problem solving on supplies as well as product quality issues when necessary.

10. Good knowledge of the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations as well as maintain secrecy on all issues related to the company.

Requirement:

Knowledge and education level:

  • Graduated from the university and up. Major: plant protection/ agriculture/ economy.
  • Knowledgeable on agrochemical products.
  • Working knowledge of Pesticde education market segments within an assigned sales regional.

Skills

  • Strong closing skills; - Proven oral, written, telephone and presentation skills.  Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Supervisory or management experience, preferably of a sales staff.
  • Planning
