- Job Description
Be fully responsible for sales activities (including new sales and after-market) of Fisher in Oil & Gas Petrochemical, Power Plants and other heavy industries. :
- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with existing Customers and Principals
- Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
- Represent the business at conferences, seminars and networking events
- Advise and consult customers about assigned products and assigned markets
- Look for competitors’ information and suggest price proposal to Line manager for biding, quotation.
- Check and review biding documents about technique, trade. Cooperate to Sales Support to make quotation and biding.
- Follow-up activities relating to Quotation and bidding that sent to customers and propose right method to win contract.
- Maximize new business development opportunities
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential and establish performance goals for all sales team and monitors performance on a continual basis.
- Being the contact window with high levels positions of Principals/Customers.
- Build up, motivate, manage and coach, train & develop sales team sales team in the group to achieve sales targets.
- Other assignments as directed by Sales Director.
III – Job Requirement:
- Age: 30 – 45
- Gender: Male (preferred)
- Educational background: University-graduated from technical faculties: Equipment, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical etc
- Must possess at least 02 years of managerial experience in sales management in the Oil & Gas industry or same products in heavy industries, especially in selling control valves or automation and control systems.
- Fluent in English (Listening - Speaking – Reading – Writing)
- Must be confident in dealing with all kinds of customers at high levels.
- Proven track of records in terms of people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical, communication, leading and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team or independently.
- Willing to travel for business within Vietnam and overseas.
- Confident, dynamic, responsible and honest.
