Sales Manager - Da Nang

Specific duties:

  • Be involved in attracting new business prospects, inventing new sales tactics, or rebranding a product.
  • Do the sales and maximize the sale revenue includes but not limited to promoting the properties and convincing prospective buyers; sending out details of project to people on database; making appointment and showing buyers around the project; giving flexible payment solutions to the buyers including mortgaging.
  • Follows up the debt collecting from buyers and fee collection for Savills.
  • Supervise and monitor the Sales Consultants; give the guidance or if necessary, assist the Sales Consultant to close the sales.
  • Develops effective training programs that teach Sales Consultants how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • Analyze and prepare reports, budgets and forecasts.
  • Sets goals to the Sales Consultants on collecting new contacts to enrich the database and their individual prospect list. These goals are reviewed weekly or monthly by Sales Manager and/or Project Manager.
  • Assists the Project Manager to complete the sales process and systemized sales paperwork and database
  • Offers advice, guidance and motivate any Sales Consultants who are not meet the goals/ target and/or suggest the Project Manager to reward the team or individual who reach their goals/target.
  • Interview, short list, hire and train sales staff; Monitor, assess and implement new strategies for team performance
  • Motivate and lead team members
  • Address customer or employee issues
  • Attend various sales meetings, functions, conferences, shows or expos

  • Having a degree in sales, marketing, or any business related area
  • Excellent accounting and numeric ability
  • Superior persuasive and interpersonal skills
  • Be diligent and trustworthy
  • Strong organizational, analytical and strategic skills
  • Be a good time and project manager
  • Be able to utilize computer and software applications
  • Dynamic and energetic team leader
  • Maintain and effectively use knowledge of sales and merchandising
