Job Description:
  • Represent the company in the regional market of the North provinces.
  • Take full responsibility and be legally liable for the operations at the branch office in Hanoi. Guarantee that the branch office fully complies with relevant laws and regulations of Vietnam.
  • Build, mentor and lead the team at the branch office in line with the company values, culture, strategy, and guideline.
  • Be responsible for the budget of the branch office.
  • Scan the market for potential direct accounts and/or new projects that falls into the 12 strategic target groups of the company
  • Prioritize 2 target groups, Industry and BSC, in the first 1 year before covering other target groups especially Hospitality.
  • Prioritize markets where existing dealers are not covering well.
  • Approach those identified accounts systematically and professionally
  • Consult and provide technical/ product information to the prospects
  • Prepare quotation in respect of the company sales policy, pricing technics and other relevant regulations
  • Follow up orders effectively to close sales
  • Represent AK-VN to direct accounts in a positive, disciplined, responsible and professional manner in and outside of AK-VN.
  • Perform regular and close market-intelligence surveys to identify market trends, shifts in demand or preference, competitor’s moves, new competitors, opportunities, and threats.
  • Propose new range of equipment (phase-in and phase-out) on annual basis
  • Pioneer and identify areas of improvement in direct sales and assist GM in creating and implementing solutions
  • Gather feedback from direct accounts/ prospects in order to provide constructive feedback to relevant AK-VN team members
  • Instruct, train, mentor and manage direct reports and other inside sales resources as assigned.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to the direct subordinates and improve the overall performance of the direct sales team
  • Reach the sale target set by GM

Requirement:

  • Graduated from: Business Management, Marketing, and Mechanic…
  • At least 3 year experience in the same position ( in industrial)
  • Experience in multinational company is a plus
  • Good in operation management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
  • Customer-centric service-minded people with ethics
  • Good communication skills both English and Vietnamese
  • Good management skills
