Job Description:

A. POSITION SCOPE:
This is a focused developmental sales position, reporting directly to the General Manager SEA. The employee will
work and travel around Vietnam and in some cases, other parts of the world. His activities will directly focus on
researching and developing sales opportunities in the mentioned region He has to provide support for existing
distributors in the existing and future market segments. This includes elements of product focused training.
B. OVERALL POSITION PURPOSE:
• To actively and directly be responsible for day to day sales management, and promotion of the
Company products within the assigned territory to existing and futures end users and Authorized
Distributors.
• To produce a consistent sales and profit growth rate tracking the goals outlined in the 5 year plan. In
conjunction with the plan of Singapore office.
• To be actively and directly responsible for developing sales opportunities in newly identified market
segments, in partnership with the established distribution channels.
• To assist with development and implementation of marketing initiatives, plans and strategies that is
applicable to Indonesia region and to support company sales goals and profit objectives.
C. POSITION PARAMETERS:
1. Qualifications / Skills and Experience
• Minimum University Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years demonstrated sales experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Belting Industries
• Mechanical aptitude is essential
• Marketing skills is essential
• Written and oral English language skills is vital – English and Vietnamese
• Written and oral Asian language skills is an advantage – e.g. Khmer, Lao Language
• Successful time and territory planning experience is vital
• High degree of computer literacy is very important
• Experience with supply chain and distribution channels is an advantage
• Regional business travel experience is essential
