Job Description:

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Preparing the annual Business Plan and annual work plan.
  • Defining and following up with yearly targets and objectives.
  • Managing and coordinating all sales related business
  • Determining new business opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  • Providing direction, guidance to sales team to ensure the Company’s strategies are gained.
  • Forecasting long and short range potential sales market in Vietnam for management analysis.
  • Fully responsible for the sales team’s performance.
  • Providing product and service training, market and sales knowledge.
  • Ensuring a smooth order and delivery process of cars.
  • Internal and external reporting (sales and stock report, sales performance report, order intake and retail planning, retail and wholesale forecast, stock management, etc.).
  • Preparing sales presentations for international and national conferences and meetings.
  • Interaction with all internal divisions (After Sales, Marketing, Finance) of PSC.
  • Researching, tracking and updating the General Director on all political and economical issues in Vietnam, mainly related to the car industry.
  • Ensuring that the sales standards are kept and constantly improved.
  • Composing sales incentive schemes.
  • Other ad hoc assignments and projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate who has experience in car industry is preferable.
  • Degree holder or above, preferably overseas graduation.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar position with a multinational company.
  • Excellent sales knowledge, management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Vietnamese.
  • Dynamic, positive, confident, self motivated and a team player.
  • Take ownership when faced with obstacles and problems.
  • Willingness to work hard, sometimes going beyond the normal working hours.
