Job Description:
Objectives:
Enhance company’s brand name in domestic and overseas markets.
Provide the best professional services to customers.
Build up professional sales team.
Meet minimum sale requirements for distributing products (including several brands) into domestic projects and Asia’s countries
Meet minimum sale requirements for distributing products into five countries where company has obtained license : Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos
Responsibilities:
Manage and direct all International sales, domestic sales, domestic projects and all business activities connected to Showroom, including reputable brands outlets. Identify new sales opportunities, develop strategy-targets-business plans and execute the plan for all products.
Recruit talent and direct personnel for Sales Department
Train, guide and develop technical selling skills for sales staff
Determine retail price for staff within parameters authorized and agreed upon by Board of Members and issued by Accounting Department.
Responsible for interacting with customers and resolving issues, if they occur
Requirements:
Male, 35-50 years of age, dignified, well-mannered.
Committed and willing to travel overseas when business needs arise or assigned by directing superiors.
Ensure non-disclosure of company’s confidential business information.
Demonstrates high integrity and company loyalty.
Ensure continuous communication and contact (email, messages, phone) contingent on business needs, including outside of office hours 24/7.
Minimum job contract duration of 7 years, after initial 1 year contract and job trial & probation period.
