Main responsibility:

• Develop and propose plans on monthly sales goals, five.

• Participate in bidding on the local project
• Development potential export markets
• Setup system and the target customers, sales strategies
• Build and develop existing sales team
• Recruitment & Training, coaching the sales team about the new products
• Marketing planning for each sales campaign
• Propose new product lines basing on request of market
• Organize seminars, product introduction in Vietnam or international

Requirement:

• Gender: Male
• Age: 30-40 years’ old
• University degree
• Have knowledge of labor protection industry (optional)
• At least 7 years’ experience in the field of trade, procurement management
• Experience working with government
• Proficiency in English
• Established thinking about business strategy in short, medium and long term. Identify sales targets, sales planning in details
• Ability to manage personnel, team
• Able to travel if required
