- Key Responsibilities:

• Main duties: leading the Online Sales + Technical team of 40 people, working directly with Google to build product online ads and do strategies for Sales.
• In charge of all sales operation
• Manage sales team & technical team.
• Create and monitor key KPI’s making recommendations for process improvements
• Business Development in E-commerce platform.

- Requirements:

• Male/ Female, open for Vietnamese & Expat.
• Age from 28 - 40 years old.
• Must have sales experience in working in the E-commerce industry.
• Have experience in selling ads google for the e-commerce platform is the plus.
• Agile, strong in communication & negotiation.
• Good in leadership.
• Fluent in English.
