Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the commercial team to coordinate project information in the system
- Assist the commercial team to provide prompt services to customers
- Responsible for general office administrative functions
- Coordinate meeting request and teleconference with internal and external customers
- Make travel arrangement and handle visitors’ arrangement
- Handle office supplies and stationery
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Customer oriented with good organisation and coordination skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
