Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the commercial team to coordinate project information in the system
  • Assist the commercial team to provide prompt services to customers
  • Responsible for general office administrative functions
  • Coordinate meeting request and teleconference with internal and external customers
  • Make travel arrangement and handle visitors’ arrangement
  • Handle office supplies and stationery

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Studies or its equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Customer oriented with good organisation and coordination skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
