Job Description:

Build and implement annual sales plan.

  • Build the budget for Sales Department.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, management, instruction and supervision.
  • Set targets for each region and supervise employees to reach the targets.
  • Evaluate the sales results of each staff.
  • Propose sales policies, debt, support, pricing, discounts, and control to achieve the set targets.
  • Build sales strategic, marketing and expanding market for trading in the retail trade of the company
  • Report the sales activities fully, accurately and timely.
  • Collect, analyze and give measures for the information and the sales policies of competitors.
  • Research and propose business ideas to the Sales Deputy General Director.
  • Assign specific duties to staff.
  • Evaluate subordinate staff annual.
  • Organize training and coaching staffs to achieve high efficiency.
  • Report on the business operations of the period (week / month / quarter / year) to the Sales Director and the concerned department.
  • Other duties: follow the assignment of the Trade Directors and the Board of Directors.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Male.
  • Education: University degree in a specialized veterinary - veterinarians or have 6 years of business management in forage.
  • Accept remote working
  • Good communication in English
  • Skills: Negotiation, communication, problem solving.
