• Manage the Centre ensuring operations run smoothly and students are delivered an exemplary learning experience

• Ensure the our client methodologies and industry best practices are followed to achieve consistency across Centres

• Collaborate with the Service Manager to foster a strong working relationship between the Service and Sales Teams to deliver a consistent
 experience

• Lead the Sales Team and ensure they achieve set sales targets

• Design and implement effective meeting and information sharing structures

• Work with Human Resources to develop systems that support retention and place colleagues in a position to excel

• Responsible for the overall look and feel of the Centre ensuring it is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean

• Design, develop, maintain, and circulate timely and accurate reports tracking and monitoring all Centre KPIs and progress made
towards achieving targets

• Drive student acquisition and our client’s market share

• Ensure that student satisfaction and learning levels exceed benchmarks

• Provide everyday management and support to Centre staff

• Manage Centre results: Sales targets, Service and didactic levels of quality

• Motivate and coach Centre staff to provide excellent results and service

• Identify key areas for improvement and implement the necessary changes

• Operate the Centre per Standard Operating Procedures

• Create, monitor, and adjust staffing rosters effectively

• Manage the Centre P&L ensuring a strong ROI on all people and physical resources

• Monitor student and staff satisfaction levels and address issues before they become problems

• Budget, plan and forecast financials targets

• Provide timely and accurate reports to the CEO

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree

• 7+ years sales experience and 5+ years Sales Management Experience, ideally with a premium B2C product

• Fluency in written and spoken  English

• Experience managing a business and a P&L

• Experience working in the local country

• Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
