Main duties

• In charge of planning in-store in the pricing, inventory management, supply planning, and purchasing of the fashion & accessories group of products.
• Responsible for purchasing raw materials, finding outsourcing partners, tracking orders
• Working, extending, and monitoring suppliers as well as gaining commercial KPIs through negotiations with suppliers. Negotiate with Suppliers to build high sales and profitable category.
• Forecasting profits and sales, optimizing the sales volume and profitability or designates categories
• Responsible for dispatching goods to stores nationwide (120 stores)
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for promotion campaigns
• Responsible for sales programs including program frame, price bracket, sample rates
• Responsible for product design (trends, material selection, production design...)
