Main duties

• Responsible for the set-up of the retail store operations from store visual displays to merchandising, operations and sales
• Oversee and have direct reporting line from Area Manager and Store Managers
• Ensure quality control of the customer experience, stock inventory management, product lines mix, store environment, store sales targets, etc.
• In charge of recruiting, training, appraising and supervising staff
• Responsible for developing and managing Profit & Loss KPI targets for the National network as well as individual stores; bonus will be based on achievement, exceeding set targets
• Building infrastructure for stores across the country
• Site planning, opening new stores across the country

Requirements

• University Graduate
• At least 10 years of management position (preferred in retail management)
• Leadership Skill and Business mindset is required
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Positive attitude, detailed, customer-oriented
• Interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Can-do and team-work spirit
