Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies
  • Build up and manage the team including: channel sales team, direct sales team, sales operation team
  • Optimize the sales operation and process by analyzing data, products, industry, organization and competitors
  • Develop strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • A business builder with at least 3 years of significant business development. Experienced in sales and service team management, including organization structuring, commission rules planning (ideally in Fintech and/or consumer industry) in Vietnam
  • Good understanding of sales CRM system usage;
  • Self-motivated, determined with good communication and resources integration ability
  • Ability to have impact through cross-group collaboration and partnerships
  • Self-starter with an ability to creatively solve problems and drive decision making across complex circumstances
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities to audiences of varied sizes, levels, and disciplines
  • Ability to handle multiple, challenging projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success
  • Ability to leverage modern technologies in product thinking
  • Strong English communication skills both verbal and written is preferred.
